Tire change & gear fix

I had a spare hour yesterday, time to get the XL2 roadworthy...

The 100/80-10 tire was obviously too wide for the smallframe, had to be replaced.

Neat and tidy underneath, missing spare wheel though.

Some oil leak to as expected on motor.

Front wheel equipped with S1's.

A bit rust on the fork, no big issue.

The main chassis is very tidy. Some small cracks in the front fender.

The top cover has a crack, to be fixed and resprayed.

Previous owner has obviously tried to fix this problem area with silicone glue. To be reviewed.

Engine looks tidy.

Rear tidy.

New Zippy 1 3.00x10 fitted, works!

The two covers have some scratches and dents, could do with a respray.

Tank looks new.... Manual and tools included.

Inside looks clean!

All in all: 1 hour spent, fitted a new tire, adjusted the gear wire, used some rust remover on the cables.
Result: A PK50XL2 that runs 50km/h. Still need to oil the cables up for smooth operation, but this lady is ready to roll.
