The XL2 was procured from Eydehavn near Kristiansand. The decision was made after I already had agreed to do a buddy a favour and collect an old smallframe from Kristiansand. A real win win situation!
The PK was as expected for a scooter driven 6000kms: Tidy, some scratches and bruises, but overall condition very good. SOLD at a very reasonable price.
Borrowed the Transporter from work, excellent for towing scooters...
And got the white wonder back home. I'd already noticed a few minor problems with the scooter during test drive. For once, the 1st gear did't engage. Second. the new rear tire was rubbing against something.
Closer inspection of the tire didn't reveal any scratches...
But: The new tire is 100/80-10, way too wide...
Well. Neither gear or tire should be a problem. To be solved sometime soon.
